Payments

Online orders are accepted when your credit/charge/debit card is processed. Orders sent by post with a cheque will be accepted on cheque clearance. Any email or other acknowledgement of your order is merely to report that your request has been received and will be looked at, and does not in any way denote acceptance of your order regardless of any wording on the email.

In there is a pricing error on the website Slugitout.co.uk will not be bound to honour any orders made at the error price.

Delivery

Orders will normally be dispatched within 14 working days of receipt of your order.

If your total order is not included in the initial despatch, the remaining items will be forwarded to you as soon as possible, at no extra charge to the original price quoted.

Returns

At Slugitout.co.uk our aim is to provide an efficient service and want everyone to be thrilled with the products.

Therefore if you are for whatever reason unhappy with your items and wish to return them we will offer a refund or exchange subject to them being in perfect condition and in the original packaging.

We will not accept responsibility for lost or damaged returned parcels so it is essential you obtain proof of posting from the post office.
